We feature many fine factory and designer made items. All of our rings come with the manufacturers warranty and our custom made items come with our own one year warranty. Any work performed on any of our items by persons other than ourselves voids the warranty, this includes sizing, alteration and any other work which may be performed . Most items are custom made to order and to size, therefore we have a 30% restocking fee on these items. To avoid the expense of restocking fees we can ship any ring in stock (we try to stock many rings, but may ship a a ring that is not your size and maybe a similar style) out to you after full payment for inspection. If you do not like the ring, send it back for a full refund (except for shipping and insurance charges, which most times is $12) or if you like the ring then send it back and we can make it to your size.
When ordering a ring, please double check your ring size to avoid addition charges to resize along with shipping costs.
We can engrave the inside of your ring with a simple message, most times, free of charge.
